We want you to love your SnugDuo products. If you are not happy, you can return your order within 30 days after delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to return
- Email us at tarikilias0399@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2. We reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- 3. Send the items back unused, clean and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Wrong size? Free exchange
If your slippers don't fit, contact us within 30 days. We send you a new size free of charge as soon as we receive your return.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or we sent the wrong item. In that case we cover all costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days using the original payment method. We refund the product price and the original standard shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
As a customer in the EU you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this right. You may use the standard EU withdrawal form or simply email us.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
