Which size should I choose?
Measure your foot length and check the size guide on the product page. Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
Do the slippers run small or large?
They are true to size for most people. The label inside may show a different number (for example 36-37 for our EU 35-36); that is normal for this model.
Wrong size?

Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1-2 working days and usually arrive in 5-8 working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
Belgium €4.95, rest of the EU €5.95. Free shipping on orders over €50.

Can I return my order?

Are the slippers warm enough for winter?
Yes. They have a thick plush lining, a fluffy faux-fur collar and a 1.5 cm cushioned sole that keeps you away from cold floors.
Are they slippery?
No, the sole is anti-slip and suitable for tiles, wood and laminate. Take care on wet floors and stairs.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash at max. 30 °C with mild detergent and let them air dry. Do not tumble dry.
Are they unisex?
Yes, sizes EU 35 to 44 in 5 colours, for women and men.
How long does the Pocket Warmer stay warm?
That depends on the heat level and the outside temperature. Always follow the safety instructions on the product page.
